According to a recent survey, only eigh percent of all consumers in Britain, France, Germany and the United States admit to downloading video illegally.

“This widespread availability of illicit content presents a major obstacle to the development of online content services, and continues to heavily impact upon revenues, despite governments' and industry authorities' renewed attempts to tighten up the system,”

The bottom line is aslong as there is free content online to all, its going to be virtually impossible to get people to pay for it.
