Vizio Sues Funai Electric

Funai Electric, which makes and distributes HDTV's for companies like Philips and Magnavox, has committed several patent violations against Vizio Electronics.
Vizio is accusing the Japanese based company of infringing on manufacturing, importing, and distribution patents.
Vizio is seeking awards of damages for "millions" of past infringing sales.
