Panasonic's R&D team has been hard at work and are bringing you the worlds lightest full HD camcorder on the market weighing in at only .5 pounds.

There will actually be two different models of this camera, the HDC-SD10 and HDC-TM10.  They are both identical except the TM10 has both a SD card slot and a built in 8GB of storage while the SD10 only has the SD slot.

Both cameras come with an impressive 16x optical zoom, touchscreen, face detection, and image stabilization features.

The Panasonic HDC-SD10 and HDC-TM10 should be in the shops in June, priced around $780 for the SD10 and $818 for the TM10.
