For the last couple of weeks, Hulu has been in a ongoing battle to keep its content off third-party applications that enable it to be watched over new browsers and TV sets.

It all started when Boxee, which is a social media center, had all their videos removed at the content providers request.

Hackers found a way around Hulu's block to Boxee by using a built-in RSS reader and Hulu's public feeds.  That didn't last long though as Hulu is know encrypting their HTML only to be decoded by Javascript on the clients computer before allowing access.

Hulu makes most of their money from cable and broadcast television, and are dead set against allowing their content to be accessed on TVs.
