YouTube beats Hulu in the acquisition of ABC content to be streamed via Googles popular YouTube site

YouTube has made a deal with ABC to stream Disney content, including ESPN channels.  Now ABC has its own dedicated YouTube channel, but also enables Disney to manage its own in-stream advertising.

Starting in May, YouTube plans to show short-form content, such as scenes from existing shows, and perhaps full episodes later on in the year.
