Disney Takes Over for Dreamworks

Walt Disney Studios said it will handle distribution and marketing of DVDs for DreamWorks films a year under its Touchstone Pictures brand beginning in 2010.

DreamWorks and Universal tried a similar deal in October, but with DreamWorks asking for more upfront financing and other new terms, the deal fell through.
