Firmware HQ (FirmwareHQ.com) is a new website that allows you to download the latest firmware for your CD, DVD, HD DVD and Blu-ray drives. It's a joint effort by the author of ImgBurn, Digital Digest and forum members from both sites.
Right now, it features nearly 1000 firmware files, but more will be added.
