LG's CEO says the LCD market has hit rock bottom and only has one way to go

LCD makers are among the many companies who have suffered the poor economy as the demand for TVs, Notebooks, and other LCD using devices have dropped considerably.

Analysts are predicting LCD makers to continue to lose money through the first half of 2009 as the demand for electronics continues to decline although, LG's CEO believes the prices will rise again shortly.

LG also announced last week that it will start to produce premium screens for mobile devices in the mean time.
