In a desperate last attempt at avoiding bankruptcy, Circuit City has decided to shut down at least 150 of its electronic stores nationwide

In a desperate last attempt at avoiding bankruptcy, Circuit City has decided to shut down at least 150 of its electronic stores nationwide cutting thousands of jobs.

Although bad for the economy, that could help Circuit City regain $350 million that is currently tied up in inventory cost so that they can pay off some debt.
