New XBOX Experience Coming in November

Aside from the update being a major makeover meant to make things easier to navigate, the update will allow players to interact and dive deeper in to the XBOX experience.
Players will now be able to create animated avatars, party with friends, install games to the hard drive for faster load times, and stream over 10,000 movies and TV shows from Netflix directly to their 360s.
