Netflix Finds the Cause of Delays

Netflix has come to the conclusion that faulty hardware was the cause for the massive shipping delays suffered last week

Rumors (started by Netflix itself) are that a database upgrade was the reason why for a delay in shipping of DVDs to 1/3 of its 8.4 million customers.

It really doesn't matter what the cause was, Netflix still lost 6 million dollars in revenue for the third quarter.
