Firmware Update for the PS3 Causes Problems

Sony's 2.40 firmware update was released yesterday for a short while. Almost instantly the started to receive calls from angry customers who PS3 froze up after installing the update.

“We are working diligently to isolate the problem for those few consumers and to identify a solution before we put the firmware back up.”


Lets hope Sony fixes this quick cause this was a important update wanted by so many...
