YouTorrent has only been around since January but rakes in 10 million visitors a month. YouTorrent has been welcomed in the file sharing community with arms wide open for its very easy search abilities and has no advertising, almost unheard of now a days.
Although with no advertising and such a large growth, the original owners have no choice but to sell it. Off the record "there are some media companies" looking to purchase the site and only supply licensed content.
