With everybody dropping HD-DVD like a hot potato, Sonic is hoping that Blu-Ray will become a more profitable option in their eyes. They announced that they will no longer stock HD-DVD authoring software.
Since most of the focus is now on Blu-Ray, Sonic is betting it will help catapult Blu-Ray growth and spur more sales.
