Another One for Blu-Ray

HBO Home Video has also jumped on the Blu-Ray bandwagon along with Warner Home Video
HBO Home Video has confirmed reports that it too has sided exclusively with Blu-ray Disc. New Line Video will follow.

To date, the only major high-definition release from HBO Home Video was the sixth season of The Sopranos.

Perhaps the most important outcome of New Line's upcoming decision is that the studio owns the rights to The Lord of The Rings trilogy. Should the most compelling motion picture trilogy hit high-definition home video, it’ll be on Blu-ray Disc.
