Description:
VCDImager is a "little" program which allows direct making of VideoCD BIN/CUE CD images from mpeg files, which can be played on standalone VCD players or DVD players and on computers running Linux, MacOS, Win32 or any other OS capable of accessing VCDs. Please refer to the official site for more information on how to use this program. Flexion.org's VCDImager Win32 page contains additional info on the Win32 command line version.
You may also be interested in getting the GUI (Graphical User Interface) for this program, to make its use under Windows much simplier. Another more recent GUI is VCDImagerEasy, which may also be worth a try.
