This is a program that will help you encode with Mpeg-1 video format; now you can calculate to needed bitrate to obtain a desired file size. It works with two functions: Bitrate>>Size (You input the bitrate and the program will give you the resulting file size) and Size>>Bitrate (You input the desired file size and you will obtain the requiered bitrate). It supports MP2 audio format.
