Chopper is a very fast program which can extract selected portion of VideoCD,Mpg,or Vob files.You can seek to a required postion easily and Mark In and Out positions. Command-line parameters are supported and a Add to Batch option enables processing all the files together. Configurable Seek mode and Extraction priority are other options in Chopper.

Chopper XP is a tool that lets you extract a part of a Vob file. It is a DVD cutting program with a great interface and very fast speed of operation. You can scroll to a location and select mark in and out points and save the file as a Vob file. The program also lets you set any priority of extraction and displays the estimated time left for extraction.
