THe Author/Publisher: Official Website <http://dspguru.doom9.net/> is no longer active : "No web site is configured at this address.", instead it can be found as part of a " AC3, AAC, OAG and OGG Machine pack" from Free-Codecs.com <http://www.free-codecs.com/download/AC3_AAC_OAG_OGG_Machine.htm> .

LaoziSailor: It seems the official site is dead. The one at http://dspguru.notrace.dk/ is dead too. I've added a download mirror for all the dspguru files
