Titlewriter is a program to used to add DVD_TEXT, Menus to Dvd files that don't have them.
Dvd_Text is almost a requirement for dvd jukebox players internal menu systems and only about 13% of commercial disks contain it.
(If you ever get a jukebox and haven't been titlewriting you'll find out what a pain you're in for)
