Cedocida is an open source Video for Windows (VfW) DV-Type2-Codec.
Installation Notes:
To install the codec, extract the contents of the ZIP package to a temporary folder. Right click on the "cedocida.inf" file in the download package and select the "Install" option. You can delete the extracted files after you have finished the installation. Version 0.2.0
