The results and analysis for Blu-ray (and DVD) sales for the week ending 5th October 2013 is in. Despite competition from The Croods, it was another animated title, an older one, that was the week's best selling Blu-ray: The Little Mermaid.

It's worth noting that out of the last four weeks, three of them, including this one, managed to have a weekly Blu-ray revenue figure of above $40m!
