New survey says file sharing could drop up to 70% if so called "pirates" got cease and desist letters from their ISP's. Almost 67% of them would stop downloading completely if they felt they were really gonna get caught.

Out of ages 15 to 54, teenagers were the ones with the least resistance, nearly 80% of teenage males and females said they would back off if giving the warning.
