Options menu

The Options menu lets you configure PgcEdit (except for the programs of the Tool menu, which is configured separately). Most of the options are self-explanatory.

There are six sub-menus:

·         Install  - Creates shortcuts and file associations

·         Startup – Controls what is displayed when PgcEdit starts

·         Input/Output – Options for backups, comments and setting up burn parameters

·         User Interface – Controls the look and feel of PgcEdit, including fonts and hidden dialogues

·         Command Editor – Options which affect how the Command Editor looks and behaves

·         Functions –  Options for the Kill Playback and DVD Text General name functions

Other options

Save settings allows you to save your options and other setup choices (e.g. preview size and trace virtual player).  Save Settings On Exit saves the settings each time you quit PgcEdit (except if you use File → Kill) while Save Settings Now saves the settings immediately.

Restore defaults will take you back to the state of the program at installation.
