Description:

VidCoder helps to transode your unencrypted DVDs and Blu-ray movies to other formats, including MP4 and MKV files, using H.264 or Theora (with AAC, MP3, Vorbis, AC3 audio encoding and AC3/DTS passthrough).

Using the Handbreak encoding engine, this GUI makes the process of transcoding DVDs and Blu-ray movies a very simple act, with encoding presets and support for batch conversion.

Users can select which chapters they wish to transcoder/convert, as well as the audio and subtitle track (Blu-ray subtitles are currently not supported).

VidCoder doesn't support encrypted DVDs and Blu-ray movies by itself.
