- Really, really, really, fixed the TFF/BFF issues. The switch in DIF4U should no longer be required.
- Add "Close All GOPs" to the encoding options.
- Add "GOP (N/M)" to the encoding options. GOP length is based on these two values, and there is no sanity check yet.
- Added all ecl settings to the debug log information.
- Fixed the incorrect numbering of the quantization matrices.
- Fixed the bug causing the program not to respect an alternate output directory.
- Fixed the bug causing CCE 2.50 to only do a 1 pass RobShot when multiple passes were selected.
