Google has been feverishly working with other hardware and software to finalize its new TV service so it can be out by the fall of 2010.

Google is trying to take the same approach as their Android phones by offering a product that works with multitude of different devices, even if they are made by someone else.

Google TV will most likely consist of bringing all kinds of internet video to your TV, which will include paid rentals.

Look out Roku and Apple TV...
