DirecTV is suing Dish Network over a commercial that says Dish offers the same programs for less money

DirecTV is suing Dish Network over a commercial that says Dish offers the same programs for less money.

In an attempt to reverse the declining figure of subscribers, Dish made a commercial that shows three TV sets broadcasting the same programs.

One with Dish programming costing $39.99 a month, one with DirecTV programming costing $63.99 and one with regular cable TV costing $63.83.

DirecTV claims the ad is blatantly false and is misleading advertisement.  Its not comparing apples to apples as all three programming packackes are different and contain a different amount of channels.
