HD Video on Demand Site Launches

The movie channel Epix launches Friday, and it will only be available on one broadcast provider: Verizon FiOS.

However, that's not the only way subscribers will be able to see content -- it'll also offer an online channel with HD content.

For a debut promo effort, Epix is inviting some potential customers to free weekends of online services throughout November.
