Comcast is restricting customers access to On Demand Online shows from cell phones, or even at home if they use a different ISP to access content.

Video streams will be blocked from any system utilizing a broadband modem from another company until they extend the streaming capabilities to other platforms.

The VOD service is currently beta mode but, Comcast is hoping to roll it out by the end of the year.
