ATI is about to launch two new high end video cards (HD 5770 & 5750) that will contain the new 40nm chip, have two DVI outputs and a HDMI

With the Windows 7 launch a little over a week away, ATI is preparing to serve the mainstream performance market by introducing two new cards.

The Radeon HD 5770 and the Radeon HD 5750 with 1GB of GDDR5 will be sold for around $159 and $129.

All cards in the Radeon 5700 series will have two DVI outputs, a HDMI output, and a DisplayPort output which allows up to three monitors to be used simultaneously.

With the launch of Windows 7 getting closer and closer and most consumers looking forward to upgrading their machines, Radeon is already in the lead in my eyes as far as next generation hardware.
