Out with the old in with the new says Flixster as they launch their new version of "Movies" for the iPhone to read about or review new hit movies

Some of Hollywood has embraced the internet and taken advantage of the target audience it provides.  While in the meantime, that means traditional forms of information, such as the local newspapers, which are seeing advertising sales plummet to all time lows.

"People say word-of-mouth is the single biggest determinant of whether to see a movie, and a lot of that word-of-mouth is now happening online through sites like ours,"

Flixster's iPhone app "Movies" allows users of Apple's iPhone to read about films and stars, buy tickets, and write their own reviews of movies to share and influence others.
