GGF will be making quite a few changes to how the PirateBay.org site works but, most noticeably the fact that you have to pay to use the website.

"users will have to cough up cash but if they contribute in some way to the running of the site, then they could be in line for some discounts"

Users will have the option to offer some of their hard drive space to the Pirate Bay network which would result in to some discount of your member ship fees.

The more computer resources you allow PirateBay to use, the less you pay monthly, which could get to down to $0.  Its up to the user...
