Microsoft has announced the Zune HD, a multi-touch device with a 16:9 OLED screen, a Web browser, and built-in HD radio support.

It will also have HDMI compatibility via the docking station for 720p HD video output.  The 3.3" 16X9 screen will give you an impressive 480 X 272 resolution and include a full screen web browser.

There were some rumors about the Zune HD and how it will integrate with Microsoft's XBOX Live Video Marketplace but, Microsoft is tight lipped at the moment on this feature.

The Zune HD should be available by the end of this year.
