Today Blockbuster announced it would test its online game rental service in Cleveland before expanding nationwide.

"This pilot allows us to test a variety of implementation details and gather invaluable key learnings and consumer insights before finalizing and launching a national online game rental offering,"

The test will be open to existing subscribers to Blockbuster's online movie rental service and will allow you to add Wii, PS2, PS3 and Xbox 360 games to their rental queues.
