Although an official launch date for the seven disc trilogy of Lord of the Rings hasn't been announced yet, you can still pre-order it on Amazon.
"‘LOTR’ has to be up there for home theater enthusiasts who have been longing to see the three epic films in full HD video glory and uncompressed audio."
Amazon has the LOTR trilogy box cover art up on its site for the seven disc box set, and a discount for pre-orders—at $69.99.
