Rent or Buy HD from iTunes

Apple announced today that the iTunes store will now give customers the ability to purchase and rent box office favorites in HD.

iTunes Movie Rentals cost $2.99 for older movies and $3.99 for new releases.  The high definition versions are priced just one dollar more than the standard version at $3.99 and new releases at $4.99. 

The iTunes Store is the world’s most popular online music, TV and movie store with a catalog of over 10 million songs, 40,000+ TV episodes, and over 5,000 movies including over 1,200 in stunning high definition video for rent.
