Vista Codec Package Updates to Version 5.1.8

Vista Codec Package takes the best codecs and settings that will allow playback of DVDs and other movie formats in Windows Vista.
There is a separate x64 component add-on for x64 versions of Windows Vista.
The official change log for version 5.1.8 is as follows:
- update ffdshow rev 2844
- update gabest rev 1027
- remove shortcuts - use settings app
- update settings application
- it is important to UNINSTALL you old version
