Samsung will now play the DivX format on selected TVs via USB or Ethernet ports

Samsung and DivX already play well together as many of its newer phones carry DivX support.  Some of the Samsung digital TVs will now be able to play DivX format movies.

Via the USB port or Ethernet port, the TVs will now support the playing of the DivX format through DLNA.  The DivX-certified Samsung devices will be available in early 2009.
