Sony releases a new line of Bravia LCD high-definition televisions that can connect to the Internet and provide access to YouTube, Bloomberg and Google’s Picasa Web Album websites.

Owners of the 2007 or 2008 Bravia TVs with household broadband connectivity of at least 2.5 Mbps can now access YouTube videos at no additional charge.

The $300 video link, which on the  back of the TV, is capable of delivering on-demand entertainment, including movies, TV programming and related content via the Web.
