At first there was MovieLink and CinemaNow if you wanted to legally download Hollywood movies.  They kinda got pushed to the side by Amazon and Netflix.

CinemaNow tries again by adding their service through Windows Media Center, which I've read is pretty nifty little feature.  Granted you have to register for a CinemaNow account first before you would be able to use the service but, after that your ready to go.
