Pioneer TiVo Inc. has made an agreement with Google that would allow TiVo users to watch videos from YouTube on their TV via a set top box.

The deal between the two companies bridges the gap between internet and TV content, all merged together in 1 unit.

YouTube video, which includes professional as well as user generated content, will be available later this year only to broadband subscribers with a third series DVR.
