HD DVD Player for Under a $100

Toshiba will offer its HD A2 HD DVD player at $99 through the Home Media Expo. It will also included three HD DVD titles.
To get one though, you must fly to Las Vegas Nevada, go to the Venitian Resort Hotel and Casino, and register in the Venetian Ballroom.
Is it worth it to you?
