This new feature will allow consumers to use their existing passports or hotmail addresses for this new service. With this update you will be able to talk to other XBOX 360 users, Windows-based PCs, and other Windows powered mobile devices through your TV screen.
Starting the week of May 7th, this spring update will provide XBOX 360 users world wide access to Windows Live Messenger features, enhancing the way you communicate through the XBOX Live social network.
