Vista Codec Package is pretty much all you need to watch your favorite video files and many different formats on Window Vista.
The official change log is as follows:
- Fix QuickTime playback/audio
- Improve FLAC playback seek function (in Vista WMP may crash)
- Add APE audio playback support
- add HD DVD support - incomplete
- update Haali 1.7.100.18
- update ffdshow to 1023
- registry improvements = UNINSTALL OLD VERSION
