Software News: MaestroSBT and myTheatre Updated

A new version of the open-source subtitle creation tool MaestroSBT has been released. The full changelog is on the software page. A new version of myTheatre is also available, and it fixes a few bugs and adds support for the ATSC version of AirStar.
