First, the most recent version as of this writing is 6.2. I tried the demo, and it appeared to be a decent software DVD player with a great interface. I bought the pro version, and installing it removed the demo and installs the new, forcing a reboot. From that point on, I could never get it to play a single DVD for more than 10 seconds. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't solve the problem - and installing it on 2 other machines with completely different configurations didn't solve the problem either. Convinced it was a bad build or just faulty software, I got in a 2 month + battle of emails with their tech support. They constantly came back with lame things to try - and repeatedly asking the same basic questions of me (what's the operating system, sound card, etc). I asked for my money back, but of course only got the same questions fed back to me. After hours of wasted time - I gave up. An absolutely terrible company, rotten customer service, and just plain buggy (albiet pretty) software. Buyer beware.
