Amazon is having their end of year Blu-ray sales, with selected titles up to 58% off. Titles include The Pacific, Beauty and the Beast, Life, District 9 and more. Not all titles are really super discounted, which is why you need to use our Amazon Price Index service to check out the real discounts (the service allows you to search for Blu-ray titles on  sale at Amazon, and see what their recent prices has been, whether the current price is high or low compared to the last 30 days).

Black Friday is here again, and Amazon.com are running a series of sales throughout the week of 22nd November. This post will concentrate on the Blu-ray bargains.

Amazon is having a sale right now for James Cameron’s Avatar, which will be released later this month in a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack. If you buy a Blu-ray movie from a list that includes Fight Club, Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow and 22 titles in all, then you can get $3 off your purchase of Avatar. There are also DVDs as part of the list that you can buy to also get the savings.
