For the next two days, you can download Paragon Drive Backup 9 Professional for free, a full commercial app usually costing £16.
First download the software package here, and then go to this page to register for a serial number. It’s simple as that, but be warned that the offer expires midnight 28th of August (BST).

Steam’s weekend deal for this week is a massive 66% Off their entire range of Half-Life games, including Half-Life 2 and all the episodes. You can buy the games individually, or buy all 8 titles for under $17 in the Half-Life pack.
If you’re an even bigger fan of Valve, then you can buy the complete Valve pack featuring every game the company has produced, and you’ll get 10% off the normal price during this weekend as well.

A couple of months ago, I posted a deal for a free “Special Edition” of Paragon Partition Manager 2009. This time, it’s the Pro version (but an older version), which is being given away for free until the 11th of August. You need to follow the instructions in the installer (the download might be quite slow) to get a license for this software before you can use it.
