I assume you've updated the game to the latest version (a new version was released yesterday)? As well as the latest Nvidia drivers? There are some additional troubleshooting tips in one of the sticky posts at the top of this forum: http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showforum=36 If all else fails, then post a message there and somebody might have already found a solution (but try the latest patch first, it fixes some issues).
